The Dynamic Chest Stretch is designed to enhance flexibility in the chest and shoulders. It involves moving the arms in a rhythmic motion to open up the chest area and can be beneficial for improving range of motion and relieving tension from the upper body.

How to do it

  1. Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Extend your arms out in front of you with palms facing down.
  3. Gradually move your arms outward to the sides, opening up the chest.
  4. Hold the final position briefly before bringing the arms back to the start.
