The Dynamic Chest Stretch is designed to enhance flexibility in the chest and shoulders. It involves moving the arms in a rhythmic motion to open up the chest area and can be beneficial for improving range of motion and relieving tension from the upper body.
How to do it
- Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Extend your arms out in front of you with palms facing down.
- Gradually move your arms outward to the sides, opening up the chest.
- Hold the final position briefly before bringing the arms back to the start.
- Repeat the movement in a controlled, dynamic fashion.
