The Dumbbell Squeeze Press on Floor is a chest exercise that targets the pectoral muscles while reducing strain on the shoulders. By pressing the dumbbells together, it adds an extra challenge to build muscle and increase definition.
How to do it
- Lie on your back on the floor, knees bent, feet flat.
- Hold a dumbbell in each hand, pressing them together directly above your chest.
- Slowly lower the dumbbells down to the side of your chest, keeping them together.
- Press them back up by contracting your chest, maintaining the squeeze throughout.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps, keeping control on each rep.
