A push-up focusing on one arm at a time, engaging the chest, shoulders, and triceps intensely. This exercise improves upper body strength, stability, and coordination, while providing a unique challenge by isolating each arm during the movement.
How to do it
- Start in a high plank position with hands slightly wider than shoulder-width.
- Lower your body toward the floor focusing on one arm while keeping the other slightly bent.
- Push back up to the starting position with your focused hand.
- Alternate hands and repeat.
