A push-up focusing on one arm at a time, engaging the chest, shoulders, and triceps intensely. This exercise improves upper body strength, stability, and coordination, while providing a unique challenge by isolating each arm during the movement.

How to do it

  1. Start in a high plank position with hands slightly wider than shoulder-width.
  2. Lower your body toward the floor focusing on one arm while keeping the other slightly bent.
  3. Push back up to the starting position with your focused hand.
  4. Alternate hands and repeat.
