How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and knees slightly bent.
- Position your fists near your chin, elbows in close to your body.
- Quickly extend your lead fist forward for a jab, rotating your hips.
- Follow with a cross using your rear hand, pivoting your back foot.
- Repeat the sequence with controlled, rhythmic movements.
