The Stepback with Push is a dynamic exercise that targets multiple muscle groups including the chest and legs. It involves stepping back while simultaneously pushing forward with the hands, enhancing coordination and balance while providing a cardiovascular challenge.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet hip-width apart and hands at chest level.
  2. Step back with one foot, lowering into a lunge position.
  3. As you step back, extend your arms forward in a pushing motion.
  4. Return to the starting position by stepping forward and bringing hands back to chest.
  5. Repeat on the opposite side.
