The Stepback with Push is a dynamic exercise that targets multiple muscle groups including the chest and legs. It involves stepping back while simultaneously pushing forward with the hands, enhancing coordination and balance while providing a cardiovascular challenge.
How to do it
- Stand with feet hip-width apart and hands at chest level.
- Step back with one foot, lowering into a lunge position.
- As you step back, extend your arms forward in a pushing motion.
- Return to the starting position by stepping forward and bringing hands back to chest.
- Repeat on the opposite side.
