How to do it

  1. Begin in a kneeling position on the floor, holding an ab wheel in front of you.
  2. Engage your core and slowly roll the wheel forward, extending your body.
  3. Roll out until your arms are fully extended and your body is in a straight line.
  4. Pause briefly, ensuring your core stays tight.
  5. Slowly roll the wheel back to the starting position while maintaining control.
