How to do it
- Begin in a kneeling position on the floor, holding an ab wheel in front of you.
- Engage your core and slowly roll the wheel forward, extending your body.
- Roll out until your arms are fully extended and your body is in a straight line.
- Pause briefly, ensuring your core stays tight.
- Slowly roll the wheel back to the starting position while maintaining control.
