How to do it

  1. Start in a push-up position with hands shoulder-width apart.
  2. Tense your core and lift your body to a horizontal position.
  3. Keep your arms straight while maintaining balance.
  4. Hold the position as long as possible while breathing steadily.
  5. Return to the starting position with control.
