The Kettlebell Seated One-Arm Military Press is an upper body exercise focusing on shoulder strength and stability. It involves pressing a kettlebell overhead while sitting on a bench, which helps isolate the shoulder muscles and improves unilateral strength.

How to do it

  1. Sit on a bench with feet flat on the floor, holding a kettlebell in one hand at shoulder height.
  2. Engage your core and keep your back straight.
  3. Press the kettlebell overhead, fully extending your arm while keeping the shoulder stable.
  4. Lower the kettlebell back to the starting position with control.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of reps, then switch arms.
