How to do it
- Sit on a bench with feet flat on the floor, holding a kettlebell in one hand at shoulder height.
- Engage your core and keep your back straight.
- Press the kettlebell overhead, fully extending your arm while keeping the shoulder stable.
- Lower the kettlebell back to the starting position with control.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps, then switch arms.
