The Kettlebell Seesaw Press is a dynamic exercise that targets the shoulders and core. It involves alternately pressing kettlebells overhead while maintaining stability. This exercise enhances shoulder strength, coordination, and engages the core for balance.
How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell in each hand at shoulder height.
- Press one kettlebell overhead while keeping the other at shoulder level.
- As you lower the first kettlebell, simultaneously press the other kettlebell overhead.
- Continue alternating presses while maintaining a stable core.
- Perform for the desired number of repetitions.
