How to do it

  1. Grip the gymnastics rings firmly and extend your arms forward at shoulder height.
  2. Lean your body forward, keeping your core tight and body straight.
  3. Bend your elbows, lowering your body by moving your forehead towards your hands.
  4. Extend your arms to return to the starting position, squeezing your triceps.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions maintaining control and form.
