The Dumbbell Single-Arm Starfish Crunch is a core exercise that targets your abdominal muscles, particularly engaging the obliques and improving core stability. It helps develop coordination and balance while providing a dynamic workout for your midsection.

How to do it

  1. Lie on your back with arms extended above your head, holding a dumbbell in one hand.
  2. Extend opposite arm and leg out to form a starfish position.
  3. Engage your core and lift your upper torso while bringing the dumbbell and opposite leg together.
  4. Return slowly to the starting position, keeping control throughout.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of reps, then switch sides.
