How to do it
- Lie on your back with arms extended above your head, holding a dumbbell in one hand.
- Extend opposite arm and leg out to form a starfish position.
- Engage your core and lift your upper torso while bringing the dumbbell and opposite leg together.
- Return slowly to the starting position, keeping control throughout.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps, then switch sides.
