The Ring Hanging Knees to Elbows is a core-strengthening exercise that engages the abdominal muscles while enhancing grip strength. This exercise is performed by hanging from gymnastics rings and bringing the knees up towards the elbows, activating the core throughout the movement.
How to do it
- Hang from gymnastics rings with a neutral grip, keeping arms fully extended.
- Engage your core and begin to lift your knees toward your elbows.
- Continue to pull your knees upward until they reach or nearly touch your elbows.
- Slowly lower your legs back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining control and core tension.
