The T-Twist Knee Drive is a dynamic balance and core strength exercise. It targets the obliques and rectus abdominis while also activating the quadriceps and glutes. This exercise enhances coordination, balance, and core stability.
How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Lift one knee up to hip height while twisting your torso to the opposite side, raising the opposite arm.
- Keep your core tight and maintain balance.
- Return to the starting position and repeat with the other side.
- Alternate sides for desired reps.
