How to do it

  1. Lie on your back with legs together and hands at your sides.
  2. Lift your legs vertically, keeping them straight.
  3. Slowly spread your legs apart in a controlled manner.
  4. Bring legs back together before lowering them towards the floor.
  5. Repeat while maintaining a stable core.
