The Bodyweight Front Slam is an explosive full-body exercise that enhances power and agility. It mimics the motion of a Medicine Ball Slam, engaging core and upper body muscles while also working the legs.
How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, arms raised overhead.
- Engage core and thrust arms down forcefully in front, bending at the waist.
- Lower into a partial squat and raise arms overhead to return to starting position.
- Repeat continuously, maintaining explosive movement.
