The Kettlebell Double Push Press is a dynamic exercise that combines a squat and overhead press to enhance strength and power, targeting the shoulders and legs. It involves using momentum from the lower body to press the kettlebells overhead, making it effective for full-body conditioning.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding kettlebells in front rack position.
  2. Slightly dip into a quarter squat, keeping core engaged and back straight.
  3. Explosively straighten legs, pushing kettlebells overhead.
  4. Lower kettlebells back to rack position with control.
  5. Repeat for desired number of reps.
