How to do it
- Start standing with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a barbell across your upper back.
- Step out to the side with your right foot, lowering your hips by bending your right knee.
- Keep your left leg straight and foot flat while maintaining an upright torso.
- Push off from your right foot to return to the starting position.
- Repeat the movement on the other side.
