The kneeling fist push-up is a strength-building exercise targeting the chest and triceps. It involves performing push-ups from a kneeling position with fists, enabling a focus on upper body strength while reducing pressure on the wrists and feet.

How to do it

  1. Kneel on the ground with your body straight from head to knees.
  2. Place your fists directly under your shoulders, hands facing each other.
  3. Engage your core and lower your chest towards the ground.
  4. Press through your fists to return to the starting position.
  5. Keep elbows close to the body throughout the movement.
