How to do it
- Kneel on the ground with your body straight from head to knees.
- Place your fists directly under your shoulders, hands facing each other.
- Engage your core and lower your chest towards the ground.
- Press through your fists to return to the starting position.
- Keep elbows close to the body throughout the movement.
