The Cable Incline Pushdown is a variation of the traditional tricep pushdown done on an incline bench. This exercise primarily targets the triceps while providing the unique angle to increase activation and improve definition.
How to do it
- Adjust the bench to an incline position and sit back, securing your feet flat on the ground.
- Grip the cable attachment with palms facing down, keeping elbows slightly bent.
- Push the cable downwards, extending your arms fully while engaging the triceps.
- Slowly return to the starting position while maintaining control.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, ensuring proper form throughout.
