How to do it
- Lie on a flat bench with one dumbbell in one hand, arm extended above your chest.
- Rotate your wrist so your palm faces towards your head in a supinated grip.
- Slowly bend your elbow to lower the dumbbell towards your head.
- Pause briefly, then extend your arm back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions before switching arms.
