How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a barbell with a wide grip.
  2. Position the barbell at shoulder height, keeping core engaged and back straight.
  3. Press the barbell overhead, extending your arms fully without locking your elbows.
  4. Lower the barbell back to shoulder height slowly, maintaining control.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
