The Landmine Kneeling One-Arm Shoulder Press is an exercise that enhances shoulder strength and stability. It targets the deltoid muscles, focusing on unilateral strength and control while engaging the core for balance.
How to do it
- Place the barbell in the landmine attachment and kneel on one knee facing the bar.
- Hold the end of the bar with one hand at shoulder height, with your core engaged.
- Press the bar up until your arm is fully extended overhead.
- Lower the bar back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch arms.
