Arm circles are a simple yet effective exercise that helps to improve shoulder flexibility and strengthen the shoulder muscles. This exercise involves making small to large circular motions with the arms to warm up the muscles and improve arm mobility.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and arms extended to the sides at shoulder height.
  2. Make small circles with your arms, rotating them forward for a set number of reps or time.
  3. Gradually increase the size of the circles while maintaining form.
  4. Reverse the direction of the circles, rotating backward.
  5. Keep core engaged and shoulders relaxed throughout the movement.
