The Modified Hindu Push-Up is a dynamic bodyweight exercise combining elements of both the push-up and yoga. It enhances strength, flexibility, and endurance, targeting multiple muscle groups. Additionally, it improves mobility and coordination.
How to do it
- Start in a plank position with arms shoulder-width apart and feet hip-width apart.
- Push your hips upward, forming an inverted V-shape with your body.
- Bend your elbows and lower your chest towards the ground in an arc-like motion.
- Press upwards, extending your arms while moving back to the starting plank position.
