The Kettlebell Kneeling One-Arm Bottoms-Up Press is an advanced shoulder stabilization and strength exercise. By challenging balance and core engagement from the kneeling position, it enhances shoulder and core stability, as well as improving unilateral strength.
How to do it
- Kneel on the floor with your knees aligned under your hips.
- Hold the kettlebell bottoms-up in one hand at shoulder height. Keep your core engaged.
- Press the kettlebell straight overhead, maintaining control and balance.
- Slowly lower the kettlebell back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch arms.
