Criss Cross Jack is a dynamic cardiovascular exercise combining jumping jacks with a crisscross leg motion. It enhances aerobic fitness and coordination while improving lower body agility and upper body engagement.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet together, arms extended in front at shoulder height.
  2. Jump, spreading legs apart while crossing arms over the chest.
  3. In the next jump, crisscross legs and extend arms back in front.
  4. Continue alternating positions briskly, maintaining form.
