Criss Cross Jack is a dynamic cardiovascular exercise combining jumping jacks with a crisscross leg motion. It enhances aerobic fitness and coordination while improving lower body agility and upper body engagement.
How to do it
- Stand with feet together, arms extended in front at shoulder height.
- Jump, spreading legs apart while crossing arms over the chest.
- In the next jump, crisscross legs and extend arms back in front.
- Continue alternating positions briskly, maintaining form.
