The Cable Incline Triceps Extension is a resistance training exercise focusing on isolating the triceps muscle. By using a cable machine at an incline, it allows for a full range of motion and continuous tension on the triceps throughout the movement, enhancing muscle growth and definition.

How to do it

  1. Attach a rope to a low pulley cable machine.
  2. Set an incline bench to a slight angle and sit back, keeping your back flat against the bench.
  3. Grip the rope with both hands and extend your arms over your head.
  4. Slowly lower the rope behind your head by bending your elbows.
  5. Extend your arms back to the starting position, squeezing your triceps at the top.
