The Cable Incline Triceps Extension is a resistance training exercise focusing on isolating the triceps muscle. By using a cable machine at an incline, it allows for a full range of motion and continuous tension on the triceps throughout the movement, enhancing muscle growth and definition.
How to do it
- Attach a rope to a low pulley cable machine.
- Set an incline bench to a slight angle and sit back, keeping your back flat against the bench.
- Grip the rope with both hands and extend your arms over your head.
- Slowly lower the rope behind your head by bending your elbows.
- Extend your arms back to the starting position, squeezing your triceps at the top.
