Tricep dips are a bodyweight exercise that targets the triceps and other upper body muscles. It involves lowering and raising the body using the arms while suspended between bars or on a bench. This exercise is effective for building strength in the triceps and improving upper body stability.

How to do it

  1. Position your hands on the dip bars, arms straight and shoulders down.
  2. Bend your elbows to lower your body until your upper arms are parallel to the ground.
  3. Push through your palms to straighten your arms and lift your body back up.
