Tricep dips are a bodyweight exercise that targets the triceps and other upper body muscles. It involves lowering and raising the body using the arms while suspended between bars or on a bench. This exercise is effective for building strength in the triceps and improving upper body stability.
How to do it
- Position your hands on the dip bars, arms straight and shoulders down.
- Bend your elbows to lower your body until your upper arms are parallel to the ground.
- Push through your palms to straighten your arms and lift your body back up.
