The Frog Planche is an advanced bodyweight exercise that focuses on building strength and balance. It engages the core, shoulders, and arms, helping to improve body control and stability.

How to do it

  1. Start in a squat position with your feet close together and hands on the ground in front of you.
  2. Lean forward slightly and place your knees on the outside of your upper arms.
  3. Shift your weight onto your hands while lifting your feet off the ground.
  4. Hold the position, keeping your body stable and core engaged.
  5. Return to the start position carefully.
