How to do it
- Start in a high plank position with your hands directly under your shoulders and your body in a straight line.
- Engage your core and lift one hand to tap the opposite shoulder while keeping your hips stable.
- Return your hand to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
- Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
- Focus on minimizing torso rotation throughout the exercise.
