How to do it

  1. Start in a high plank position with your hands directly under your shoulders and your body in a straight line.
  2. Engage your core and lift one hand to tap the opposite shoulder while keeping your hips stable.
  3. Return your hand to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
  4. Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
  5. Focus on minimizing torso rotation throughout the exercise.
