How to do it

  1. Lie flat on your back with your arms at your sides and legs extended.
  2. Engage your core and lift both legs a few inches off the ground.
  3. Begin alternately crossing one leg over the other in a scissor-like motion.
  4. Keep a steady pace, maintaining core engagement throughout.
  5. Continue for the desired number of repetitions or time duration.
