The Twist Superman is a core strengthening exercise that targets the lower back and oblique muscles. It enhances spinal stability and flexibility while engaging the core through rotational movements, promoting better posture and reducing back pain risks.

How to do it

  1. Lie face down with arms extended overhead and legs straight.
  2. Activate your core and glutes, lifting your chest and legs off the ground.
  3. Twist your torso to the side while keeping arms and legs elevated.
  4. Hold briefly, then return to the center.
  5. Repeat the twist to the opposite side.
