The Kettlebell Low Windmill is an exercise that enhances core strength and stability while also improving shoulder flexibility and balance. It involves a combination of bending and rotation that targets the obliques and stabilizes the shoulders as you hold a kettlebell.

How to do it

  1. Start by standing with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell in one hand.
  2. Extend the arm with the kettlebell down by your side and raise the other arm overhead.
  3. Bend at the hip, lowering the torso to the side opposite the kettlebell while keeping both arms straight.
  4. Engage the core and maintain balance as you return to the starting position.
  5. Repeat on the other side.
