How to do it
- Start in a standing position with feet wide apart.
- Turn the right foot outward, bend the right knee, and extend the torso to the right.
- Place the right hand on the floor or a block outside the right foot.
- Stretch the left arm over the head, aligning it with the left ear.
- Hold the pose, then switch sides.
