The EZ Bar Standing French Press is an effective exercise for isolating and strengthening the triceps. By positioning the arms overhead, it targets the long head of the triceps, promoting muscle growth and enhancing upper arm stability and strength.
How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding an EZ barbell with a narrow grip overhead.
- Keep elbows close to your head, and lower the bar behind your head by bending at the elbows.
- Return to the starting position by extending your arms, keeping the elbows stationary.
