How to do it
- Set the cable machine to the lowest setting and attach a single handle.
- Stand facing away from the machine with one foot forward.
- Grasp the handle with one hand and extend your arm fully behind you.
- Slowly bend your elbow, bringing the handle towards your shoulder.
- Extend the arm back to the starting position.
