The kettlebell two-arm military press is a strength exercise targeting the shoulders and triceps. It improves shoulder stability, strength, and overall upper body power. By lifting kettlebells overhead, this exercise engages multiple muscle groups for a comprehensive workout.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell at shoulder height in each hand.
  2. Engage the core and keep the back straight.
  3. Press the kettlebells overhead until arms are fully extended.
  4. Lower the weights back to shoulder height with control.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
