How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell at shoulder height in each hand.
- Engage the core and keep the back straight.
- Press the kettlebells overhead until arms are fully extended.
- Lower the weights back to shoulder height with control.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
