Dumbbell Biceps Curl with Overhead Extension on Stability Ball

The exercise combines a biceps curl and an overhead triceps extension while seated on a stability ball to engage multiple muscle groups. It enhances arm strength and stability, especially targeting the biceps and triceps while also challenging core stability.

How to do it

  1. Sit on a balance ball holding dumbbells with palms facing forward.
  2. Curl the dumbbells toward your shoulders, engaging the Biceps Brachii.
  3. At the top, press the weights overhead and fully extend your arms.
  4. Lower the dumbbells back to shoulder height, then uncurl to the starting position.
  5. Maintain core engagement throughout the movement to stay balanced.
