How to do it
- Sit on a balance ball holding dumbbells with palms facing forward.
- Curl the dumbbells toward your shoulders, engaging the Biceps Brachii.
- At the top, press the weights overhead and fully extend your arms.
- Lower the dumbbells back to shoulder height, then uncurl to the starting position.
- Maintain core engagement throughout the movement to stay balanced.
