The EZ Bar Standing Wide-Grip Biceps Curl targets the biceps using an EZ bar with a wide grip. This exercise enhances bicep size and strength, providing variation compared to standard grip curls by emphasizing the inner head of the biceps.

How to do it

  1. Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart, holding the EZ bar with an underhand wide grip.
  2. Keep elbows close to your body and start with arms fully extended.
  3. Curl the bar upwards towards your chest, contracting the biceps.
  4. Pause at the top, then slowly lower the bar back to the starting position.
  5. Maintain a controlled motion, avoiding swinging or using momentum.
