The cable seated overhead curl with an SZ bar targets the biceps by extending the arms overhead and curling the bar towards the head. This exercise helps in isolating the muscles for strength and definition in the upper arms.
How to do it
- Sit on the ground facing a cable machine with an SZ bar attachment.
- Grasp the SZ bar with both hands in a supinated grip, arms fully extended overhead.
- Keep elbows close to your head and curl the bar towards your scalp.
- Slowly lower the bar back to the starting position with control.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
