The Dumbbell Zottman Preacher Curl is an isolation exercise focusing on the biceps while also engaging the forearms. It combines the traditional preacher curl with wrist rotation to target both arm flexion and supination, promoting strength and muscle development in the arms.
How to do it
- Sit on a Preacher Curl Machine and hold a dumbbell in each hand with a palms-up grip.
- Curl the dumbbells upward while keeping your elbows stationary on the pad.
- Once at the top, rotate your wrists so your palms face down.
- Lower the weights slowly, maintaining wrist position.
- Rotate wrists back to palms-up and repeat.
