EZ Bar 21s is a bicep exercise targeting the Biceps Brachii through a sequence of partial and full-range curls. It combines three variations: bottom half, top half, and full curls, promoting hypertrophy and endurance in the arms.
How to do it
- Hold an EZ Barbell with an underhand grip, arms extended.
- Perform 7 curls from the bottom to midway up.
- Next, perform 7 curls from midway to the top.
- Finally, complete 7 full-range curls from bottom to top.
- Maintain steady motion; avoid swinging the bar.
