EZ Bar 21s is a bicep exercise targeting the Biceps Brachii through a sequence of partial and full-range curls. It combines three variations: bottom half, top half, and full curls, promoting hypertrophy and endurance in the arms.

How to do it

  1. Hold an EZ Barbell with an underhand grip, arms extended.
  2. Perform 7 curls from the bottom to midway up.
  3. Next, perform 7 curls from midway to the top.
  4. Finally, complete 7 full-range curls from bottom to top.
  5. Maintain steady motion; avoid swinging the bar.
