The Dumbbell Standing One-Arm Curl over an incline bench is an isolation exercise targeting the biceps. It enhances bicep strength and definition by focusing on one arm at a time, reducing imbalances and improving concentration on the muscle.

How to do it

  1. Stand behind an incline bench with one foot forward.
  2. Place your working arm over the bench, holding a dumbbell with an underhand grip.
  3. Curl the dumbbell upward by flexing your elbow.
  4. Squeeze the bicep at the top, then slowly lower the weight.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of reps, then switch arms.
