How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand at your sides.
  2. Keep your elbows close to your torso and palms facing forward.
  3. Curl one dumbbell by bending your elbow and squeezing your bicep.
  4. Lower the dumbbell back to the starting position and repeat with the other arm.
  5. Continue alternating arms, maintaining control throughout the movement.
