The EZ Bar Lying Bent Arms Pullover is a strength exercise targeting the triceps and chest. It involves extending and lowering an EZ bar behind the head while lying on a bench, enhancing upper body strength and flexibility.

How to do it

  1. Lie flat on a bench and hold the EZ bar with a close grip.
  2. Extend your arms directly above your chest, keeping a slight bend in the elbows.
  3. Slowly lower the bar behind your head until you feel a stretch in your arms.
  4. Pause briefly, then return to the starting position by engaging your triceps.
