How to do it

  1. Start in a deep squat position with your hands on the ground.
  2. Kick your feet back into a plank position and perform a push-up.
  3. Jump your feet forward to return to the squat position.
  4. Explode forward into a long jump, landing softly.
  5. Repeat the sequence, maintaining control throughout.
