The Cable Lying Triceps Extension effectively targets the triceps by isolating the muscle and minimizing shoulder involvement. This exercise helps build arm strength and improve overall triceps muscle definition.

How to do it

  1. Lie on a bench under a low cable pulley.
  2. Grip the cable handle with both hands, arms extended straight upward.
  3. Slowly lower the handle towards your forehead by bending the elbows.
  4. Keep your upper arms stationary and elbows tucked in.
  5. Extend your arms back to the starting position.
