Skater hops are a dynamic exercise that enhances lower body strength and improves agility and balance. This plyometric move mimics a skating motion, targeting the legs and core while providing cardiovascular benefits.

How to do it

  1. Start standing with feet hip-width apart and knees slightly bent.
  2. Leap to the right, landing softly on your right foot while swinging your left leg behind.
  3. Immediately push off your right foot, leaping to the left and landing on your left foot.
  4. Continue alternating sides in a fluid motion, focusing on balance and control.
