Skater hops are a dynamic exercise that enhances lower body strength and improves agility and balance. This plyometric move mimics a skating motion, targeting the legs and core while providing cardiovascular benefits.
How to do it
- Start standing with feet hip-width apart and knees slightly bent.
- Leap to the right, landing softly on your right foot while swinging your left leg behind.
- Immediately push off your right foot, leaping to the left and landing on your left foot.
- Continue alternating sides in a fluid motion, focusing on balance and control.
