The Seal Push-Up is a dynamic exercise that targets the upper body and core, enhancing strength and flexibility. By arching the back and pushing with the arms, it mimics a seal's movement, offering a challenging variation to the traditional push-up.

How to do it

  1. Lie face down with your hands at shoulder level, palms down.
  2. Press through your hands to lift your chest, arching your back.
  3. Keep your legs and pelvis grounded, extending your spine fully.
  4. Hold at the top, then slowly lower back to the starting position.
