The Elbows Back Stretch helps to improve flexibility and relieve tension in the chest and shoulders. It also enhances posture by allowing the upper body to expand while engaging the core, promoting overall upper body mobility and relaxation.

How to do it

  1. Stand straight with feet hip-width apart.
  2. Place hands on the lower back with fingers pointing down.
  3. Pull elbows back, expanding the chest.
  4. Tilt the head back gently, stretching the neck.
  5. Hold the position for several breaths, then slowly release.
